2021: Château Pavie, a Premier Grand Cru Classé A estate in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, is celebrated for its powerful yet elegant wines. The 2021 vintage features dense dark fruit flavors, spicy oak, chocolate, and violets, with ripe, velvety tannins and a long finish. Although not as outstanding as the 2019 or 2020 vintages, it is still remarkable. Known for its meticulous vineyard management and aging, Château Pavie’s 2021 vintage reflects its commitment to quality and will benefit from further aging.
