Fermented in concrete vats at 30°C with 25 days of maceration, followed by gentle extraction and aging in stainless steel tanks, this Malbec shows a full palate with a strong initial attack, elegant tannins, and a long, lingering finish. Vineyards with 20-year-old vines thrive on limestone and clay soils, producing concentrated flavors and a refined Bordeaux expression.

Pairs beautifully with lamb, roast quail, Brie de Meaux, or fig pie, enhancing both savory and subtly sweet dishes with its structure and finesse.
