Shiny yellow in color, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and fruit purity. Aged 10 months in stainless steel, it delivers a pleasant, crisp palate with juicy peach and grapefruit notes, balanced minerality, and a clean, refreshing finish. The vineyards, planted in the 1980s and pruned using simple and double Guyot methods, thrive on generous clay soils that bring roundness and fruitiness.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with oysters, light starters, or fresh goat cheese, this wine enhances simple dishes with its crispness and lively fruit character.
