Deep purple with youthful reflections, the palate mirrors the aromas with rich black fruit and chocolate notes, finishing with a gentle bittersweet touch. Vineyards on clay-loam plateaus in Galgon average 25 years of age and follow High Environmental Value practices, ensuring biodiversity and careful vineyard management. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with reassembly extraction and post-fermentation hot maceration, produces a classic, elegant Bordeaux.
