Chablis 2022 from Domaine Laventureux is a precise and mineral-driven Chardonnay with citrus and floral notes. Balanced and elegant, it pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, white meats, and mountain cheeses.

Fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control, 75% of the wine is aged in inox tanks and 25% in 2–7-year-old oak barrels to add complexity and balance. The palate opens with citrus and floral notes, evolves with mineral intensity, and finishes with elegance. Vineyards across Lignorelles, Beine, Villy, and Ligny le Châtel, planted in the 1980s and pruned using simple and double Guyot, produce wines with refined salinity, freshness, and Chablis character.

Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, white meats, or mountain cheeses such as Beaufort or Comté, this wine enhances delicate flavors with its freshness and precision.
