A reference of Pessac-Léognan, the wine is full-bodied yet harmonious, combining dark fruits, cigar box, mineral undertones, and spice. Firm but polished tannins frame its depth, leading to a long, noble finish.

Perfect with roasted duck breast, veal tenderloin, grilled tuna steak, braised short ribs, or wild mushroom fricassée. Also pairs surprisingly well with roasted eggplant and Mediterranean vegetable dishes.
